If it looks like Violet Vanderson knows how to handle a microphone, she does. Violet is a lounge singer, one of those entertainers you might see in a hotel or casino bar. She always has her audience's attention. "I don't like to be ignored, and people in a hotel bar tend to treat the singer as background music," Violet said. "But I make sure I have everyone watching me, especially the men. I dress sexy, and I handle the microphone in a very phallic manner. I've given more than a few hard-ons while performing. If I see a single man in the audience who I'm attracted to, I'll make it known to him in no uncertain terms," Violet said. "I've made men blush because they knew I was flirting with them and singing right at them, but they never seem to mind later on when I'm back in their hotel room." Violet posed for 40something because "it's another way of performing, except I'm performing with my body instead of my voice. I guess you could say I'm a showoff. I love being the center of attention. I know I have a good body, especially for my age, and I want to show it off, just like I want to show off my voice. And if somebody in the audience one night has seen my photos, that could be even more fun!"
